Pay to Pickleby you & your crew

Terms of Service

Effective 7 July 2026

These terms are the deal between you and Pay to Pickle (“we”, “us”), a service operated from Australia. By creating an account you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and in plain English on purpose.

1. What Pay to Pickle is

A tool for groups to log play sessions, split court and equipment costs, and track who owes whom. It’s bookkeeping for your crew: we never hold, move, or transfer money between members. Actual payments between crew members (Venmo, bank transfer, cash under the net) happen entirely outside the service, and any disputes about them are between you and your crew.

2. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself, give us accurate information, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 16. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Trial and payment

New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full features. After that, the service is read-only until you buy the one-time unlock: USD $5, charged once— prices are in US dollars and your bank may apply conversion. The unlock covers your account across every crew you’re in or later join, for the life of the service. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Refunds and consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be contracted out of — including consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill. If something’s gone properly wrong, you’re entitled to the remedies those laws provide. Beyond that: it’s five dollars — if you’re unhappy, email us and we’ll be reasonable.

5. Your data

Your crew and session data belongs to you and your crew. You give us permission to store and process it purely to run the service (see our Privacy Policy). You can request an export or deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. Fair play

Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, abuse other users, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Pay to Pickle up and improving, but it’s provided “as is” and we can’t promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or retire features. If we ever shut the service down entirely, we’ll give account holders reasonable notice and a way to export their data. “Lifetime” unlock means the lifetime of the service.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and always subject to section 4), our total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us — USD $5 at most — and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disagreements between crew members about who actually paid for the court.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you’re a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law makes mandatory.
